Man Passes Out in Vehicle, Gets Arrested for 2nd DUI

FREMONT - A Scottsbluff man was arrested in Fremont for his 2nd DUI, after police found him passed out in his vehicle. Police say on Saturday at approximately 10 p.m., they were dispatched to a parking lot on the 700 block of N.Broad Street., for a report of a man passed out in a running vehicle. Officer found Clinton Thornton, 46, of Scottsbluff, and arrested him for 2nd offense DUI, refusal of to a preliminary breath test, and refusal of a chemical test.
