Wan’Dale Robinson to Enter Transfer Portal

Nebraska football’s top all purpose player on offense each of the past two seasons appears to be leaving the program.  According to Omaha World Herald, Wan’Dale Robinson is entering the transfer portal.  Robinson had 1,725 all-purpose yards and seven touchdowns in 18 games with the Huskers.  He was Nebraska’s leading receiver in 2020 with 51 catches for 461 yard.  Robinson also became an option at running back as he rushed for 580 yards over two seasons.

In a statement, Robinson referenced that his mom tested positive for COVID-19 which led to her hospitalization.  He said that he intends to “find a place closer” to his mother and family that will allow him to achieve his “dreams and goals.”
