No. 16 Huskers pull out win over No. 18 Rutgers in sudden victory

LINCOLN — No. 18 Nebraska won six of the final seven matches to pull out a 19-13 dual win over No. 16 Rutgers on Sunday afternoon at the Devaney Center.

The dual was decided on the final match. With Nebraska leading 16-13, 157-pound Tyler Berger got a takedown 38 seconds into sudden victory for a 6-4 decision over John Van Brill.

If Rutgers, which led 9-0 after three matches, had won that match, it would have won the dual by criteria.
