COLUMBUS - The Raiders battled a tough Iowa Central on Monday, with Maddy Wolfe posting a double-double and Quenshae Love scoring 25 points.
Iowa Central Community College started off strong in the 1st Quarter scoring 28 points, to Central's 18 points. The strong opening quarter performance would prove too much for the Raiders to come back from, with ICCC out scoring Central 42-39 in the final three quarters.
The Raiders had their strongest performance in the 3rd, putting up 18 points, to Iowa's 15 points.
Quenshae Love scored 25 points, with 2 three pointers, and 10 field goals, and 2 steals.
Local product, Maddy Wolfe continues to be a top performer for the team, posting a double-double with 13 points and 14 rebounds, in addition to an assist and a steal.
The team drops to 1-2 on the season, but will look to get back on the winning track Thursday against York College JV at home.
