NORTH PLATTE, NE (Omaha World-Herald News Source) – Two North Platte residents are heading to prison for their roles in assaulting a woman, tying her up and holding a gun to her head last October.
33-year old Jerrita Kindle was sentenced to 18 months in Lincoln County District Court on Monday. A co-defendant, 28-year old Michael Charging Elk received a year in prison. Both were found guilty last month.
Kindle also received a separate sentence of two to six years in prison on an unrelated drug charge.
