No Injuries When Trailer Collides With Oncoming Car on Highway 75

AUBURN – There were no injuries in a Wednesday afternoon accident on Highway 75 that included a trailer crossing the center line and a rollover. The Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office and Nebraska State Patrol responded to the accident, where a southbound car was slowing to turn right on 733A Road. The call was dispatched as a three-vehicle accident involving four people at 1:22 p.m., but it was learned that no one was injured. An Omaha man was driving a Ford pickup pulling a Blu Ox Products trailer and swerved to avoid the slowing vehicle in his lane. There was an oncoming vehicle, however, so the driver had to turn sharply to return to his own lane. Investigators say the trailer swung out and there was a collision with the other car, which came safely to a stop. The pickup ended up on its top after the trailer tipped over. A second accident was reported on Highway 67, where a vehicle is reported to have run into the back of a semi-trailer.
