Flood Saturates Highway 75 With Traffic, One Injured At Brock Corner

AUBURN – Traffic was saturated on Highway 75 where there was a two-vehicle injury accident Tuesday evening.

The Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the accident at the Brock intersection of Highway 67.

Auburn Fire and Rescue transported at least one person for medical treatment and provided traffic control under heavy pressure on both lanes.

Traffic on Highway 75 has once again increased four times its normal rate because of the closure of Interstate 29 due to flooding. This is the second injury accident at the intersection since the interstate closed.

Nebraska State Patrol and Otoe County sheriff’s deputies are working traffic enforcement on the highway.
