Cash Stash 2016 Rules & Regulations:
News Channel Nebraska 94.7 will take THREE on-air qualifiers per day Monday through Friday during the Cash Stash promotion (October 3rd, 2016-October 28, 2016). You may also qualify by going online to www.newschannelnebraska.com and logging onto the Newscaster Club. One qualifier per household, thus you can only qualify once throughout the promotion. The Cash Stash will be given away; and divided up between up to 10 people. The Cash Stash will be given away at later date to be determined by NCN 94.7. All qualifiers must be present to win, proxy or proxies not permitted. To become a qualifier, you must be 19 years old or older. These rules may be amended from time to time at the sole discretion of NCN 94.7. The winners of the 2016 Cash Stash will be subject to federal and state taxes upon winning the cash. Winners of the contest shall be required to complete any and all documents at the request NCN 94.7. Winner also shall give their Social Security number to NCN 94.7 for tax reporting purposes. The cash prize is not redeemable or transferable. The winner of this contest will receive an IRS Form 1099 stating the cash amount and shall be solely responsible for any and all taxes associated with acquiring this prize through this promotion. Participants will not have any expectation of privacy concerning the information submitted or the announcement of winners. NCN 94.7 reserves the right to use such information for any purpose as NCN 94.7 deems appropriate.
