Cheap Trick frontman Robin Zander will take part in a special concert this Saturday, September 8, in Clearwater, Florida, that will mark the first time he’s ever played in public at the same time with both his son Robin Taylor Zander and daughter Robin-Sailor Zander. The trio will perform under the moniker The Zander Family Band at the Capitol Theatre.
The show will feature the Zanders playing select covers, popular Cheap Trick tunes and original songs, and also will offer a multimedia presentation.
Following in their dad’s footsteps, 20-something Robin Taylor and teenage Robin-Sailor are singer/songwriters and musicians. They both attended the Marcia P. Hoffman School of the Arts in Clearwater. Their mom and Robin’s wife is former Playboy Playmate Pamela Stein. She and Zander live just outside of Clearwater in Safety Harbor, Florida.
