SUMMER SPORTS CAMP OPPORTUNITIES
Applications are now being taken for the 2010 junior golf camp for students currently in the 4th through 8th grades. The camp will be held at the Broken Bow Country Club. Applications will be accepted NO later than May 15. Participation will be limited to the first fifty applicants. There will be two camps held this year - a fundamentals camp for the beginning golfer and a players camp for more advanced junior golfers. The camp will be held on each Tuesday morning in June. (June 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29) Sign up sheets may be obtained at the Broken Bow Middle School Office or through the office at Custer Elementary, at the Shelter Insurance office in Broken Bow or online at www.brokenbowcountryclub.com For more information, contact Norm or Jan Custer at 872-6169
The University of Nebraska at Kearney has announced the dates for summer volleyball camps. Individual camp I for grades 5-12 will be July 13-15 ; High School Team Camp I is July 16-17 ; Individual Camp II for grades 5-12 is July 19-21 ; High School Team Camp II is July 22-23 ; Position Camp for grades 7-12 is July 28-29 ; High School Team Camp III is July 30-31 For camp information and to register online go to www.unkvolleyballcamps.com
Ogallala head volleyball coach Steve Morgan has announced the dates for this summer's Ogallala volleyball camps. Individual camps for grades 4-8 will be held June 7-9, June 28-30, and July 26-28.
