Board of Supervisors to meet February 14th

The Custer County Board of Supervisors will meet on Tuesday at 9:00 am in the Supervisors room in the courthouse.

Treasurer Sheri Bryant will present the semi-annual statement, before the management representation letter is discussed with the auditor.

Monthly fee reports for January will be another topic of discussion, and Troy Walz with Nebraska Extension will present the Extension Annual Report. He will also discuss with the board a temporary appointment to the extension board.

After applications to cross right of way, discussion and decision will be made with the surveyor regarding a relocation on road #27.

Resolution #7-2017, a sign bridge project program will be discussed next followed by remaining capitol expenditures.

A public hearing on a one and six year highway program plan is scheduled to take place at 10:15 am.

Following a short break, County Attorney Steven Bowers will discuss the purchase of Tax Sales Certificates. Sue Ellen Koepke with Healing Hearts & Families will give updates.

Last on the schedule is a discussion on phones for the Communications Center.

The Board of Supervisors meeting is open to the public. We will have a full report of the meeting Tuesday afternoon.
